Using Clickscape®, we captured real-time moments when participants consumed or thought about animal-based proteins. This enabled us to track not just what was eaten, but when. The data showed clear peaks in protein consumption at meal times, with chicken notably underrepresented during snack moments.

The Impact:

These insights helped highlight a clear gap in the market: chicken’s limited presence in between-meal occasions. By pinpointing when animal-based proteins are consumed, the client can now explore innovation opportunities to extend chicken’s relevance into new eating moments.
